I started on Friday March 25th on the 17 day diet. So far, so good. C1D4-Cycle 1 and day 4. I did have a glass of red wine on Saturday night. I feel better and thinner. I weighed myself this morning and it looks like I am down 2 pounds. I do need to do more exercising and with rain all this week, I may be using the treadmill instead of walking Cricket. Breakfasts for the cycle are primarily eggs or yogurt with fruit for either. Lunch is salad. Fruit for a morning or afternoon snack.
Dinner has been vegetables with either salmon or chicken and evening snack has been yogurt. I can live with this and don't seem to be overly hungry and I haven't been yawning in the afternoons at work. I haven't had any soda, just tea, coffee, and water. Green tea and we do carry the diet green tea at work so that is a good thing.
